Access from the rear of the hotel was difficult, with limited maneuvering space. Street parking often blocked the entrance.

This hotel was amazing. It was a short walk to the main train station, this proved useful. The staff stored our bags upon our early arrival. We received notification when our room become ready, it was useful. Breakfast included great selections.
The hotel lacks an in-room refrigerator and I needed one. I had to walk to the lobby for cold beverages, and this was not ideal.

The reception staff were helpful! They provided proactive service. I really appreciated free, good quality coffee and tea available in the reception lounge for all guests. The breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed that the reception employees were polite and helpful.
The tram passes right in front of the building. This was noticeable at night, even with a room at the back.
